This is a Independent Contractor position.
As a Independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, transportation, work supplies and equipment, etc.
You also are not eligible for Unemployment or Unemployment Insurance thru KDX Technology Services.
This means that KDX Technology Services is not your employer. You will be working in partnership with us.
You are your own entity. We don’t tell you when to work or how to work. You are free to accept or decline assignments.
We do provide necessary guidelines that ensure all parties involved are in agreement with requirements.
